This quote by A. J. Liebling (1904 - 1963), was long before the Internet and Blogging. Today anyone with access to the Internet can put their thoughts, view's and rants on the WWW for all to see yet we still have Countries that cannot accept that the world is a village and try to stifle free speech. May they all fall like the Berlin wall!
With this freedom however comes a terrible responsibility and unfortunately we have people on the Internet that have no conscience or morals that abuse this wonderful gift with abuse, spam and other nefarious deeds. May they rot in hell!
Long live the ability for people to express their thoughts freely!

YEAH BUDDY!!!
Well thanks for dropping by my blog sir. I know what you mean about these people who threaten to spoil the fluidity of the freedoms that the WWW allows us. Actually, when I checked in to your blog details I didn't know which site to reply to - you have so many! All the best for 2007. Being divorced cannot be easy - especially when you're in your fifties. I just thank heavens that me and my wife have stuck together when it could all so easily have ended five years ago.
Adrian, thanks bru.
YP, well being a Gemini probably explains me having a multitude of blogs or otherwise I am scitsoid or both! :-)
My usual haunt is http://www.ramblingbluedot.blogspot.com
But I am known to frequent my other hideouts from time to time as the mood takes me. Thanks for dropping by.
