Australia's most senior Muslim cleric has prompted an uproar by saying that some women are attracting sexual assault by the way they dress.

Federal Sex Discrimination Commissioner Pru Goward said the comments could be an incitement to crime.
"Young Muslim men who now rape women can cite this in court, can quote this man... their leader in court," she told Australian media.
She added that the cleric should be deported for inciting rape.
I say send him back on the first freighter leaving for the land of the umma...

Yes, the silly old fool has created a right old ruckus over here.
Trouble is, not a week after he blurted that all out, he was on a current affairs show, only to have the interviewer wrapped around his little finger.
Hardly an unbiased interview that one, they painted him in a very sympathetic light.
Oh, and did I mention how he couldn't speak proper English that night? He needed an interpreter to answer all the hard questions for him.
Lost in translation if ya ask me, they could've been saying anything.
