Debbie does Borat

Reactions:
Once again Debbie Schlussel shows her distaste for jewish sucess and when someone shows her that she is not being truthfull she goes all FULL CAPS...
"Comments
I'm not sure if all of those are from people, but if they are at least of them are not true. Last I heard, the B&B people were quoted as thinking that "Borat" was a nice fellow, just confused, and that they harbored no hard feelings. Also, the antique shop owner WAS paid back in full, although the movie implied otherwise. (this stuff was in a salon.com article I can dig up if you like)
ALL EXCEPT THE ANTIQUE SHOP EXAMPLE ARE FROM PEOPLE MAG.DEBBIE SCHLUSSEL"

Way to go doll... or is it jealousy makes you nasty? The funniest part is that she uses People Magazine as a source! Comeon Debby, don't be so lazy when researching a story, you shouold have used Mad Magazine woman! I love their Tom Cruise uptake on the site by the way...

Geeeeez- one minute I hate this woman, then she falls in line with my anti-muslim terrorist beliefs- so I like her, only for her then to go right back to her pathetic movie reviews and irritating me again.

ITS ONLY A MOVIE CHICK!!!

GET OVER IT ALREADY.

:-) The problem is that she is a lawyer and should check the facts before posting.
As a lawyer that blogs she is held at a higher standard than us commoner bloggers. Plus I hate lawyers! :-)

She's a lawyer AND a woman?

Sheesh, what hope has she got? They're both as bad as each other at times.

(And yes, I am one. A woman I mean. Not a lawyer. I'm not that bad.)

Regardless what we think of the subject matter in Borat, or the religion of the main actor, it's all about Political Correctness and how they're taking away our right to laugh. Basically.

I shall be going to see Borat as soon as it opens at my cinema. And I'm going to see James Bond. He uses guns, does that make ME a bad person?

Ive watched it twice now- and while it wasnt as funny as I had originally expected, it was still funny!!

Some people just can't take a joke it seems.

FJ... Political Correctness is a debilitating disease and should be rooted out with plenty of humour.
Adrian... goung to see it this weekend. Please do not spill the beans! :-)
And ja... that is the problem with so many people today... no sense of humour or common sense, it seems to go hand in hand.
