Star of the week goes to Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki

When I read articles like this my faith in humanity is renewed, so heceforth I will try to find a story worthy of Stellar fame each week.
"I have taken note of the decision reached and weighed its implications under the current economic conditions prevailing in the country, and do hereby turn down the offer," he explained. This man deserves a medal!
Now to convice the gravy train losers here in SA to follow suit... not likely though.
